I would like to be an expert of the knowledge of the Quran and also memorize the whole Quran because it just feels good to memorize the whole Quran because you go to Jannah immediately and I want to spread the words of Allah to people. if possible...
Indeed spreading knowledge is a good thought.
Thank you Brother! Yours too is good by learning the teachings of the Prophet Muhammed (S)!
The Qur'an is a good topic to do in islamic sciences.
And Insh'Allah you will be able to spread the word of Allah (SWT) Heba!!
me too! masha Allah. I would want to study the quran, so i could also teach it to other people.. this way, I can learn more myself. Great point........
I would become an expert in Hadiths because I would like to learn the true sayings of the prophet and teach it to people who want to learn this knowledge of the prophet (s).
I would like to do that to spreading knowledge and wisdom is a really good thing to do in Islam
Alhamdulillah this is what i would be an expert in because it would also cause me to be more knowledgeable in islam.
I would become an expert on prying. It would be very nice to know almost everything about praying and spreading it to people. The firs thing in the other old asked would be your prayer.
I would like to become an expert on following and memorizing all the hadiths in the Quran. Since they tell us stories and signs and knowledge on what we need to know about the past (during the time of the prophets) and what we should know about in the future (day of judgment)
I would like to be in the field of memorization. Memorization will help me enter Jannah. I would like to help other people memorize to get more hasanat.
Yes Areeba, we should always strive to memorize the Quran as much as possible. The Quran helps us in many ways, we should try to spend part of the day into reading the Quran more than any other book.
I would have to agree with you, however I would not only want to help others with memorization, but the meaning of the Quran as well. Because what would we be able to extract from the Quran if we had no clue what was being said. Otherwise, I completely agree with you.
If I could become an expert in one field of Islamic sciences, I would choose the field of Hadiths. The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) has said many Hadith that are very beneficial which we can apply in our daily lives.
The more Hadiths we learn, we can teach and inform others about the Sunnah of the Prophet (SAW) which will benefit not only us but the people around us as well!
I totally agree, Hibah!
People from the time of the Prophet (S) went to many struggles just so people like us could have access to things that the Prophet (S) said. Some traveled across countries to find out a couple of words!
We should respect the fact that they went through so much to help others, so we should try to learn from them and apply what we learn in our daily lives.
I would be a expert in ahadith because it would make me more knowledgeable in Islam and know more about Islamic history. I would know more about the prophet (S) and there struggles and this would cause me to want to be more Engaged in Salah and Islam.
This is true, Abdou, because we think that we go through sooooo many hardships in our life, but when we see what the Prophet (SWS) went through, we can and should humble ourself infront of Allah (SWT).
I agree with you Abdou, we all think our life is terrible but look at what the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) went through
If I wanted to become a expert in a field of Islamic sciences then I would like to become an expert in Islamic Astronomy. It was actually the Muslims that invented the astrolabe. I actually found out that when the Muslims started predetermining (I have no idea if that is even a word, so lets pretend that I came up with it for now ;)) the salah timings months before the actual salah that it inspired more progress in astronomy for centuries.
Its so amazing that astronomers were actually inspired by the muslims that figured out these things. This is an amazing field in muslim sciences that I would actually would like to look into more because of my love of space.
I would like to become an expert on fiqh and the Usul of Fiqh. The reason I would like to become an expert in this is because we learned in Language Arts that knowledge is power. This is true in Islam because if you have knowledge aboout your religon, then you have the power to go to Jannah, Inshaallah.
Also, knowing the Fiqh is another step to understanding the Quran deeply and the Sunnah of the Prophet (SWS). The reason is that if you know the rules and guidelines the Prophet told us, you will know why Allah (SWT) said things you may have not understood in the Quran.
I also want to learn a much as I can about fiqh, but as Sheikh Ali said, he has been studying fiqh for over 40 years and he is nowhere close to learning everything. That itself proves Allah's superiority and also that learning can't be finished. As much as you think you've learned something, there is a lot more you can do.
I would like to be an expert in ahadith because I would gain knowledge. Then I would teach others, then they would gain knowledge. Hopefully they would teach others.
I would be an expert in the sira of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
I would be this because I would be able to help people in learning about prophet Muhammad. It would also be sadaqa jariah.
WOW Nazeer Inshallah you will be an expert.
I would like to become in expert in following sunnah, which goes hand in hand with learning all about the Prophets. The Prophets were the best people to walk this Earth, and to follow in there teaching would lead you to jannah. Insha'Allah, all of us strive to become the best of Muslims, Ameen.
Ameen I think we shud luern how the Prophet did stuff cuz we want to try to be like him
I agree Ahmad cuz basically if u follow the prophets actions you will go to Jannah inshallah and this is the best thing possible.
I would be an expert in Islamic history because the stories and the journeys that the Prophets had left behind have so much information and knowledge to help us now. Whenever someone learns a new story it encourages them to do better and learn more things, so that they can teach it to others.
if i would want to study an aspect i would study the quran because the quran has such a deeper and more clear meaning when you cover it in depth.
I would like to become a expert on the information of what is Haram and Halal. There are many doubtful matters in Islam and learning what is Haram and what is Halal will help me determine whether something is a doubtful matter or not
I have to agree with you Bareera because halal and haram are in the smallest and biggest decisions we make in our daily lives.
if i where to be a specialist in one thing it would bring me closer to Allah and answer most of the questions that are burning inside me
sorry typo it would be the quran
If there was one thing I had to be an expert in it would be the signs of the last days because it is always to good to keep the last days in mind because of how near it is and also by how interesting it is because of the great things that will happen not saying that the stories from the Hadith and Quran are not interesting just that the last days are just difrent
If I could become an expert of one Islamic sciences fields, it would be the things Allah (SWT) tells us within the Quran. It is amazing to see that when things are told in the Quran that have happened or we see happening. An example would be the Rosette Nebula. In the Quran, Allah mentions in Surat Rahman, "When the Heaven shall be cleft asunder, and become rose red, like stained leather." (Surat ar-Rahman, 37). It's amazing to see a big visual that Allah (SWT) is real and so is His Book. This discovery made many people become Muslim. That's why I would study in that area of Islamics.
if i were to study one Islamic science, i would like to study the history of Islam and the seerah of the prophets i find that knowing knowledge about something helps you understand about it better. Also throughout Islam i know there were many miracles and amazing stories that i would like to expand my knowledge on.
I would be an expert in ahadith. This is so that if I get stuck in a situation between right and wrong, I can look back at the Hadith I know, and reflect on it. Also, so that I can teach others and be raised in ranks by Allah SWT.
I would like to become an expert in Hadiths because I want to learn the saying, stories, and sunnah's of the Prophet (S). Also, I want to do it because I want to not only do the fard, but even more. I want to be part of the people who will walk with the Prophet (S) on the Day of Judgement.
i would like to become an expert in Islamic history because i think learning from the past is very important. i would know a lot about the prophets and the punishments given to people who did not believe. then i would know to not make the same mistakes in my life. i would also know about important battles and about major Islamic events.
I would like to be an expert on the Qur'an. I want to be an expert on Qur'an because it has a nice rhythm to it and it sounds beautiful. Also, I would like to read the Qur'an more often then I do. By becoming an expert on Qur'an I will be able to read the Qur'an a lot more.
If I could be an expert at one thing it would probably be the Quran because if you memorize and read the Quran, you will get a lot of good deeds. Also if you memorize the Quran, you will have a spot in Jennah saved for you. Hopefully this makes us want to read the Quran more and want to memorize more Quran.
If I could become an expert in one Islamic science, I think it would be the Prophet (SAW)'s Sunnah, and also the stories of the Sahabah, because the Qur'an and Sunnah are like manuals on how to live your life, and if you understand them very deeply, your lifestyle will IA have Islamic principles integrated into it. That is why I would most want to learn about the Sunnah.
I agree with you because, the sunnah and what the Sahabah did are important. We should always follow the Prophet (pbuh) and the right path. Also, the way the Sahabi spoke or interacted with one another shows how we should talk to others.
I would like to be a scholar in history and fiqh. I like history cuz it is easy to understand and I like to read about famous battles and people. And Muslims whochanged the world. I would like fish because I never know when I'll need to know what to do in a circumstance. I intend to balance these by doing One topik evry othe day
You have a lot of spelling errors Rayaan.
If I were to pick one of the fields in Islamic sciences, it would be memorizing the Quran and studying the meaning of the Quran because the Quran is very powerful because they are the words of Allah (SWT). The Quran has so many meanings even to this day we do not understand. Maybe in another 100 years, people might realize something that was not realized right now. Even to this day, we do not know the exact meanings of the whole Quran because there are years to come. This is why studying the Quran ad its meanings is so important and interesting.
If I had to choose one Islamic science to become an expert in it would be Quran. This is because if u memorize the whole Quran u get to go to Jenna's along with other people of choice. Also, if u teach other people about the Quran than you are in the highest group of people. Not only would one gain all these rewards by becoming an expert he would also be a limitless knowledgeable in the other sciences because the Quran briefly describes them too.
you're right Moosa
I would like to learn more about the foundation of Islam therefore also learning more about Allah's names if I were to study an Islamic science
I would like to learn about this because I believe that learning more about the core of Islam is more important to learn first. Rather then learning the specifics first.
If I had to pick a field of Islam to study it would be the qura'n.
There are may rewards for memorizing the qura'n and also for teaching it and applying it. Once you can understand the qura'n properly you might also be able to learn some islamic history from it. If you apply all the knowledge that you learned from the qura'n then you will probably go to hannah
Also when you memorize the qura'n ally will help you and make things say for you. So you could learn something else after like fish
I would like to become an expert in the Islamic history. I find the Islamic history very interesting, and I like to read and tell stories. I think this field would be perfect for me.
I honestly think that every Islamic Science is really interesting. You can take any and use it to do amazing things.
The two I really liked though are Islamic History and Fiqh.
I like Islamic History because I like history. I know that lots of people say that history is really boring because it all happened long ago. But I think that is what makes it especially interesting. You can learn from the mistakes of others and find out how famous people found ways to solve problems that are similar to yours. Plus, you can learn about the foundation of Islam and how creation started and all the simple details that mean a lot.
I want to study Fiqh because they are how-to's. I personally find it a lot simpler when I have the guidelines all laid out for me, so all I have to do is follow them! Lots of people look at it the opposite way, but this is just what I think.
Wow! great reflection Sarah and fiqh would be a great thing to study
If i could be an expert in one area in Islam it would be Islamic History. The reason is because I want to study the example of the prophet Muhammad SAW so we cold follow his examples as Muslims. I would learn what the prophet had to go through so we could follow his sunnah and acheive success
I would also be an expert in Ahadith. Because learning about prophets history is traced down in the hadith. With the hadith, we could follow the teachings and sunnah of the prophet to be guided to the straight path
If I was able to pick what Islamic studies I would do, then I would learn about all the miracles in the Quran. There are many that are so mind blowing that it makes no sense at all how it's possible. The miracles like how the salt water and fresh water separate from each other and they don't mix.
That is very true and amazing.
If I were to pick a field of Islamic Sciences I would probably study the prophets and their lives. I would want to learn and teach others about them and what they did, so we are able to follow in their footsteps. By doing this I will pray all 5 prayers everyday, fast, and read more Quran. By doing all these anyone that follows the prophets will become amazing Muslims that do anything the Quran or prophets had shared with us to do.
So... I mean this probably means the history of Islam. But I would like to get into the depth of the prophets and how they lived. In the long run Inshallah those who do what they are suppose to do will be able to go to Jannah.
I think I would pursue in becoming an expert in knowing the different Prophet's stories. And the reason is because I believe that they have such incredible lessons and morals that can be learned from them, that I would love to be able to refer back to them quite a bit. I think that the stories are just amazing and amazing that Allah (swt) has created such amazing people. And I also love to read because in books nothing has to be real, you can come up with a completely new world, dream up characters, and new everything. However, to know that the stories that had happened to the Prophet's were real, are just all the more awe inspiring. And that is why I would pick that criteria.
I want to be an expert in Quranic science and Hadith like my father Shiekh Ibn Omer Edrees . I want to help muslim for Tawba and unbelivers to become muslims . To gain this knowledge I suppose to learn English and other language beside my native language.
I would probably want to study manners. I know alot of us havent picked this one but i want to study it because i believe studying it will make me realize how important it is to actually follow. I know personally one i need to actually follow is not laughing too much ( which by the way is REALLY hard for me). To be more specific, islamic etiquette or how a muslim is supposed to react in certain scenarios.
Ooops by the way im in 7A. heh that rhymes!
I would like to be an expert on manners because the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said to always have good manners and i think that we should follow in his footsteps so i would like to be an expert on manners. (sorry for it being so short not really but still)
The Prophet Muhammad (saw) is THE role model we should all follow, especially on his manners and respect for others. Nowadays, in the American Society respect and good manners are decreasing, and when respect is given, it is given to a famous basketball player, not your parents. As Muslims in general, we should have a high standard and hopefully get people to study more about Islam.
The Quran itself is a miracle, and even inside of it there are many other miracles. Scholars are constantly finding new miracles in the Quran For example, scientists recently discovered that the sun will run out of energy and expire. But in the Quran, it already said that: And the Sun runs to its resting place. That is the decree of the Almighty, the All-Knowing. (Surah Ya Sin, 38) Also, the Muslims in the Prophet (saw) time didn't even use that fact as evidence that the Quran was a miracle, for them it was common knowledge. learning the Quran and its hidden miracles will increase your knowledge, and help you have a closer connection to the Quran and Allah
If I could become an expert in an Islamic field I would choose to memorize the Quran because it contains all the prophet stories and how to live your life in a halal way. It teaches you how to deal with problems of all sort and exemplifies the prophets way of life. It will guide me through my difficulties as a child.
If i could delve into one of the Islamic sciences. I would choose to be an expert in Hadith because they are words taught by the Prophet (SAW).
If I could choose a field of Islamic sciences I would choose Islamic History. The reason I would choose Islamic History is because of all that happened during the prophet's time. Exploring the battles and just an average day of the prophets life has so much knowledge and meaning to it. Knowing how the Prophet (SAW) lived his life is the key to Jennah. To study Islamic History would educate me about all the stories of the prophets and messengers, in addition learning about the hardships the prophets and messengers went through would teach me patience in even the hardest situations. Just knowing how the prophets and messengers dealt with their situations makes one want to become better. Looking back at the hardships of the prophets also makes one thankful that they can practice their religion without the pain the prophets had to face.
I would love to be an expert in hadiths because there are so many of them and they are very important to islamic history and they are important to the way that we live our life right now. Each hadith has a different meaning that tells you specific requirements in islam that you must follow.
If I wanted to study a field of Islamic sciences then I would like to study the miracles of the Quran or Fiqh. I would like to study the miracles of the Quran because it shows how Islam as a religion really makes sense. For example, I learned that The word yawm, in the Quran which means day is actually repeated 365 times in the Quran and that the word shahar, which means month in arabic is actually repeated 12 times. Its amazing!!! I would also like to study Fiqh because it is such a expansive topic and once you start studying it there is no stoping basically. Also when learning this you can apply what you learn directly into your daily life!
I agree with you Saarah because Quran and Fiqh are, subhanallah, amazing concepts. Once you study them, you will find so many amazing things, like what you said abut the word "yawm".
If i could study any field in Islamic sciences, i would study the seerah. The prophet's life has many lessons which a person could benefit from, and at the same time i would be learing mre about islam
If I wanted to choose a field of Islamic sciences, I would study the Quran and seerah because I'm interested in them, and because they are the most important. And, so I can become a famous scholar and teach others the knowledge.
If i could be an expert i would chose the quran because when you read it or teach it it warms your heart and soul
if it were me, i would study the quran (tafseer, stories, lessons, etc) because a speaker once said that Allah (SWT) is the best story teller.... and it shows through the quran. And also, it will bring me closer to Allah (SWT) if I actually know what I am reading in the Quran.
I want to be an expert. or scholar of the Quran, understanding the meaning with memorization. I also want to be an expert on the sunnah of the Prophet SAW. The Prophet SAW said in his last sermon that He SAW is leaving the Quran and the Sunnah as a guide, so that we can hold on to them. The Quran and Sunnah are like ropes to hold on to, or else you will fall. How can I hold on to a rope, if I don't know what type of rope it is? That is why I, inshallah, want to be an expert on the Quran and Sunnah.
if I were to be an expert in one of the fields in Islam, it would be the Quran because it is a miracle from Allah to mankind. it would help me in reading and in Salah. this is because I would understand what is said in the Quran and would get the meaning of Salah
I would like to be an expert about the seraah of the Prophet(SAW) because his life consists of some of the most major events in the history of Islam and the greatest miracles of Allah (SWT)
If I were to become an expert in any field of Islamic sciences it would be mathematics. I was fascinated by the work of Al-Kharawizmi because he established a new field of mathematics in AD 825. I would want to be come an expert mathematics because am interested in studying the sciences for engineering and how it connects to the concept of algebra.
Be sure to include your full name and class when posting! (i.e. jannah firdous 7B)
